Booked it for my short layover in Istanbul and it's everything I need for the short stay. The location is right in the middle of taksim area, 2 mins of walk and you're in istiklal street. Basic facilities are provided. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. I told them about door knob issue for my room and they gave me a new room, no question asked. Room is clean enough.

The location is great - near Taksim metro and my favorite restaurant nearby. It was walkable from Havaist Airport bus stop at Taksim from Istanbul Airport (maybe a 10-12min walk). The room was large and the staff and new owner was very helpful. No breakfast (can be ordered) but local cafes right in front of the hotel where you can get good inexpensive breakfast. The price was good for the location and size of the room. I arrived 2 am from the airport but no problem for check in. The small lift is there and working good to the 6th floor. Bedding was clean. we appreciated some signs of renovation/painting etc. of a traditional hotel.
Quiet room (5th floor) for such a central location. Comfortable bed. Good Wi-Fi. Clean. Hot shower. Friendly staff.
